Sat nam, my name is Ed Jones and I’m a KRI Level 2 certified and KYTA registered kundalini yoga teacher based in central London.
Combining posture, pranayama (breath work), mantra and meditation, kundalini yoga is a powerful technology for promoting health and well-being. I teach a kundalini yoga class every Wednesday evening at Rada Studios in WC1 and every Saturday morning at Fitzrovia Community Centre W1.

My classes feature a different yoga and meditation set every week, which vary on a scale between meditative and extremely physical – although there is generally a proportion of both these aspects within every class, and both contribute equally towards the deeply transformative effects of a kundalini yoga practice.

Class format and style
My classes generally follow the traditional kundalini yoga format of warm-ups, a kriya (a set of asanas in a prescribed order, usually designed to influence one or more specific aspects of our physical, emotional and spiritual selves), a period of relaxation and a meditation. Each class is unique, featuring a different combination of these elements.
All my classes are suitable for those who are new to yoga as well as those with experience in kundalini or other kinds of yoga, and everybody is equally welcome. To make a booking, please click here. If you’d like to receive emails about my forthcoming classes and other news you can join my mailing list here. And if you have any questions, drop me a line.
