My weekly early morning class at the Breath of Life clinic in Wimpole Street, London W1, is guaranteed to get your day off to a good start. My classes at the Breath of Life clinic are suitable for all levels of yoga experience, including complete beginners. The atmosphere of the classes is friendly, supportive and non-competitive, and newcomers are always welcome.
